The crusade has failed. Apostates riot and traitor knights brutalize them in turn. Attrition and sin are manifold.  Sacred relics are lost to the wind, and the free folk grow desperate for heroes. When none arrive, they turn to the witch. Witchery is ascendant in the Wenderweald once more. The Harvest Host draws to it those who would see their zealous overlords ousted once and for all.
